September 2023 Andy’s Angels 2nd Birthday Celebrations
24th September 2023.
Reaching our second birthday was a huge occasion, our Youth Ambassadors asked for a Pizza Making Party to celebrate at our Grief Play Cafe! Which was a mammoth operation lol.
Following a few months of planning, our Co-Founders Kayla and Millie reached out to their friends, Claire, Nat and Victoria who brought their Thermomix machines and had a massive pizza dough making afternoon/evening!
The birthday celebration was a huge success, and all the children and families had so much fun, the best moment of the morning was the Doughnut Challenge, try to eat a doughnut hanging from a string without using your hands!
A huge thank you goes to Nick Cook for providing balloon modelling, Olivia for coming along to do Face Painting and to and all our Volunteers for helping to prepare pizza toppings, decorate the venue and for genuinely being a fab group of people.
Special thank you goes to Paul and Sam for cooking over 40 pizza’s on Pizza oven during the session and to SID Youth for lending us their pizza ovens 😊
