Theo was extremely nervous about even being near the horses from the start, the staff at Ferring Country Centre were very supportive and gave Theo space to gain confidence at first of stroking a horse, Theo then gained more confidence over time and with support from the FCC staff sat on the horse and even rode around the arena with a member of staff leading him. After that was an enjoyable hour of grooming his horse and Theo didn’t want the session to end.
