High School Hang Out- December

Grief can feel awkward. Lonely. Different.
And school doesn’t exactly come with a lesson on how to deal with it.

That’s why we run our High School Hang Out a Sunday morning, once a month, just for teens aged 11 years plus, in collaboration with Electric Storm Youth

No pressure. No awkward circle chats. No having to talk about anything you don’t want to.

Just a chilled space where you can hang out with other young people who get it.

You can:

  • Interactive games
  • Do crafts or creative stuff
  • Grab snacks and drinks
  • Chat, laugh, or just be quiet

Our team is around if you need us, but mostly this is your space to feel normal again, even when life doesn’t.

A lot of teens tell us this becomes the one thing in the month they actually look forward to, a place where you don’t have to explain yourself and you’re not the “kid who’s had a loss”.

You’re just you.

One Sunday morning a month at The Grief Play Café.
Come as you are. Stay as long as you like
